Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 20 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging (undamaged)
We reserve the right to decline a return if the product is used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please login to your account at https://account.footmaxldn.com or email us at info@footmaxldn.com within 20 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
